PadelSet Support

Open PadelSet and tap New Match. Choose Golden Point or Advantage, then 1 Set or Best of 3. During the match tap US or THEM after every point.

After choosing the match format, PadelSet asks Who serves?. Tap YOU, MATE, OPP 1 or OPP 2, or tap Skip if you do not want serve tracking in this match. A ball icon on the US or THEM button shows which team serves. Swipe left to see the court: the server stands on the side the next serve comes from and an arrow points to the receiving box. The serve rotates after every game (YOU, OPP 1, MATE, OPP 2) and the side changes after every point. On Apple Watch the rotation also follows the tie-break rules.

Swipe left to the court and tap the player who is really serving. This changes only the server, not the score. Undo Score also restores the previous server.

At 40-40, Advantage shows DEUCE: the next point gives that team the advantage, and it must win one more point to take the game (losing it returns to deuce). With Golden Point the screen shows GOLDEN POINT at 40-40 and the next point wins the game.

At 6-6 in games a tie-break is played automatically: first to 7 points, winning by 2. The set is recorded as 7-6.

Yes. Tap Undo Score. It works across points, games, sets, tie-breaks and even after the match has been won.

US is your team and THEM is the opponents. The left button scores for US and the right button for THEM.

Yes. If you leave the app, the home screen offers to continue the match as long as it was last updated within 24 hours. Starting a new match replaces the unfinished one (the app asks you first).

No. PadelSet works offline and keeps its data on your watch only. See the Privacy Policy.

Purchases are handled by the stores. For refunds use reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or your Google Play order history (Google). To reinstall on a new watch, download PadelSet again with the same Apple ID or Google account.
