Where does the snow depth data come from?
From snow information published by the Turkish State Meteorological Service (MGM). Snow Depths is an independent app and is not affiliated with MGM.
How often is it updated? Why is a resort missing a value?
Our server refreshes the data every few hours, so a short delay is normal. If a resort shows no value, its station may not be publishing data at the moment. Try again later or refresh the app.
Can I see piste and road conditions?
No. The app shows snow depth, resort and hotel information. For piste, lift and road status please check the resort's own channels or official announcements.
Are the hotel prices up to date?
Prices and availability are shown on the travel agency's or hotel's own site. The link in the app takes you there; booking and payment happen entirely on that site.
The live camera does not open.
The stream opens through a link provided by the facility and may be temporarily offline. Try again later. Only some resorts have a camera link.
Does the app ask for my location? Where does my data go?
No, the app does not request location permission and needs no account. For anonymous usage data (Firebase Analytics) and ad data (AdMob) see the Privacy Policy.
Why are there ads?
The app is free and its development is supported by ads. Only non-personalized ads are requested.
I found a wrong value or a missing resort.
